METIOR.PRO is a cloud workspace for Canadian contractors. Project records stay in your organization account. They leave that environment only when you choose a connected capability such as email, payments, accounting sync, or Blueprint AI. When they do, these measures are in place.
AWS Cloud Infrastructure
Cloud features run on AWS with additional METIOR-managed security controls layered on top.

Web and mobile access
The estimating workspace runs in the browser and on mobile, so office and field teams can review the same job records.
Payments and accounting
Stripe collects customer payments into your connected account. QuickBooks Online syncs customers and invoices when you enable it.
Customer approval portal
Customers receive a private quote link. They do not need a METIOR.PRO account to review, accept, or reject the work.

Enterprise plans add permissions, libraries, and rollout support so larger contractor teams can keep estimating inside the process they already run.

Where exactly does our data live?
METIOR.PRO runs on AWS. Production infrastructure is hosted in Canada (ca-central-1). Some subprocessors may process limited account, payment, or support data in other jurisdictions. See the subprocessor list.
What happens to data if we delete a project?
Deleted project records are removed from the live workspace. Some copies may remain in backups, audit logs, billing records, or legal archives until normal retention periods expire. Contact info@metior.pro for export or deletion help.
Do you offer SSO?
Yes. Single sign-on is available on Enterprise. Contact sales to map identity-provider setup for your company.
How do we get a data processing addendum?
Start with the public Data Processing page. If your organization needs a signed addendum, email info@metior.pro or book a walkthrough.
What happens in the event of a breach?
If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we assess the incident and provide notices required by applicable law and contractual commitments.
Who should we contact about a security report?
Send reports to info@metior.pro with enough detail for us to reproduce and contain the issue. Do not include live credentials or exploit payloads in the first message.
