How project and account data is processed in METIOR.PRO.

Roles

For customer project content, the customer usually controls what is uploaded and why. METIOR.PRO processes that content to provide the service, support users, secure the platform, and meet lawful obligations.

Categories of Data

• Account, contact, billing, and support data.
• Project data such as drawings, client names, estimates, line items, costs, quotes, invoices, and notes.
• Chrome extension captures the user explicitly sends, such as products, prices, suppliers, page URLs, selected text, and questions about a webpage. See the Chrome Extension Privacy Disclosure.
• Technical data such as logs, device information, and usage events.

Processing Purposes

We process data for hosting, authentication, calculations, document generation, support, troubleshooting, backups, analytics, fraud prevention, security monitoring, and legally required records.

Deletion and Export

Customers may request reasonable data export or deletion assistance. Some data may remain in backups, audit logs, billing records, or legal archives until normal retention periods expire.
